How do I choose a size and colour?
Open the product page and select its options. Availability and imagery update before you add it to your bag.
Where can I find the size guide?
When a size guide is available, its link appears beside the size selector. Measurements are a guide, so also review fabric, pattern and cut.
Where can I find composition and care information?
Check the product details. If important information is missing, use the product enquiry before deciding; do not infer composition from a photograph.
Will the colour exactly match my screen?
We aim to represent every colour accurately, but screens and lighting can cause differences. Always check the selected variant name.
Browsing
Can I review an item without leaving the collection?
Use Quick view on the product card to see imagery and options; open the full page for more information.
What do the + points on images show?
They open information for the highlighted item, including its name, price and link. They do not add products to your bag.
Where are favourites saved?
The heart saves items in this browser. Favourites do not automatically sync between devices.
Order and payment
How do I know my order is confirmed?
After payment, you will see a confirmation and receive an email at the checkout address. If it does not arrive, check spam and contact us with your order details.
How do I use the 10% welcome offer?
Subscribe voluntarily and use the code received on your first order, subject to the terms shown with the offer. The discount does not apply to delivery.
Shipping and delivery
How much is delivery?
It depends on the country and bag value. Select the destination and review Shipping; checkout confirms the final rate before payment.
Will I receive tracking?
When the carrier provides tracking, it will be sent to the email address used for the order.
Returns
How do I request a return?
Contact us with the order number and item. We will provide the applicable instructions. Review the returns policy for timeframes, conditions and rights.
What if an item arrives incorrect or damaged?
Contact us as soon as possible with the order number and, where possible, photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label.
