Available destinations

ORQENA Atelier ships to the countries enabled in the country selector and at checkout. Final availability depends on the postal address and the items ordered. Checkout always shows the valid options before payment.

Rates and order-value benefits

The minimum order value is calculated on the product subtotal after discounts and before shipping charges. Checkout, in your selected currency, is the definitive reference.

• Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: €6.99 below €79.90; free shipping from €79.90.
• Portugal: €6; reduced rate of €3.99 from €69.90.
• Denmark, Hungary, Ireland and Poland: €10; €3.99 from €79.90.
• Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Italy, Luxembourg and Sweden: €15; €3.99 from €99.90.
• Croatia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania and the Netherlands: €20; €3.99 from €109.90.
• Bulgaria, Norway and Romania: €27; €3.99 from €129.90.
• The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €30; €3.99 from €139.90.
• Cyprus: €50; €3.99 from €199.90.

Preparation, transit and delivery

Preparation and transport are separate stages. We will show the best available estimate on the product page, at checkout or in the order confirmation. Times are estimates and may vary because of holidays, customs, carrier incidents, incomplete addresses or periods of high demand.

Unless another timeframe is expressly agreed, we will deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 calendar days after the contract is concluded. If we cannot meet the agreed timeframe, we will inform the customer and offer the options required by the applicable rules.

Taxes, duties and customs

Checkout will indicate taxes and, where available for the destination, duties calculated before payment. Shipments outside the applicable customs territory may be subject to checks or amounts charged by authorities or carriers. If a known amount cannot be collected at checkout, we will inform you before accepting the order.

Tracking, addresses and separate parcels

Where tracking is available, it will be sent to the email used for the order. Check your address before paying and contact us immediately if it needs correcting; we cannot guarantee changes once preparation has started. An order may arrive in several parcels when items leave from different centres.

Risk relating to the goods remains with ORQENA Atelier until delivery to the customer or their nominated person, except where the customer independently hires a carrier not offered by ORQENA Atelier.

Delivery incidents

If tracking is not progressing, the communicated timeframe has passed, or a parcel is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, email pedidos@orqenaatelier.com with the order number. We will investigate with the carrier.
