Identity and scope
This website is operated by Antonio Rigo, trading as ORQENA Atelier, Spanish tax ID (NIF) 41542215Y, at Carrer de Francesc Frontera, 13, 07007 Coll den Rabassa, Illes Balears, Spain. Shopify provides the e-commerce platform. By browsing or purchasing, you accept these terms and the linked policies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
Using the store
You must be of the legal age required where you live or have your legal representative’s authorisation. You must not use the website for unlawful purposes, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorised access.
Products, sizes and images
We aim to ensure that titles, compositions, sizes, measurements, colours, images, availability and prices are accurate. Screens, lighting, garment cuts and supplier updates may cause reasonable differences. Check the size guide and information for each product. We may correct errors before accepting an order and, if they affect a paid order, offer confirmation of the correction or a refund.
Prices, taxes and payment
The final price and currency are those shown at checkout. Taxes, discounts, shipping and, where available, duties are detailed before payment. Payments are processed by external providers subject to their terms and security checks.
Orders and formation of the contract
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when ORQENA Atelier accepts the order through the corresponding confirmation. We may reject or cancel for legitimate reasons, such as lack of stock, fraud, a material pricing error, an unsupported destination or inability to supply. If cancellation occurs after payment, we will refund the affected amount.
Welcome offer
The code BIENVENIDA10 provides a 10% discount on the first purchase for people who voluntarily subscribe to ORQENA Atelier’s marketing communications. It is limited to one use per customer, cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated, has no cash value, and may exclude shipping charges, taxes, duties and expressly identified items. Withdrawing consent later does not invalidate a purchase already made.
Shipping, returns and guarantees
The Shipping Policy and Returns and Refund Policy form part of these terms. ORQENA Atelier is responsible for transport when it hires the carrier. Mandatory guarantees and remedies remain fully in force.
Intellectual property and contributions
The ORQENA Atelier brand, design, text, original photographs, graphics and other original content belong to ORQENA Atelier or are used under licence. You may use the website for personal shopping; you may not reproduce or exploit its content without permission, except where allowed by law. By submitting a review or image, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is lawful and truthful.
Third-party services
We use third parties for the platform, payments, analytics, advertising, preparation, transport and customer care. External links are provided for convenience; each third party applies its own terms and policies. None of this excludes any responsibilities legally owed by ORQENA Atelier.
Availability, liability and changes
We do not guarantee that the website will always be free of interruptions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the remedies provided by these terms and the applicable rules. Liability that cannot legally be excluded is not excluded. We may update the website and these terms; the version in force when each order is concluded applies to that order, except where a legal change requires otherwise.
