Data we may process

• Identification and contact: name, email, telephone number and addresses.

• Payment and billing: information needed to collect and confirm payments, issue invoices and prevent fraud. ORQENA Atelier does not necessarily receive full card details.
• Device and usage: IP address, browser, device, browsing activity, identifiers and cookies, according to your preferences.
• Customer care: questions, incidents, photographs and documents you choose to provide.

Purposes and legal bases

• Purchases, payments, delivery, accounts, returns and assistance: performance of the contract and pre-contractual steps you request.
• Billing, accounting and legal duties: compliance with legal obligations.
• Security, fraud prevention, defence of claims and operational improvements: legitimate interests in protecting the store and providing a reliable service, or compliance with the law where applicable.
• Newsletters, the welcome discount and promotions: consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
• Non-essential analytics, personalisation and advertising: consent where required.

Sources and nature of the data

We obtain data directly from you, your device, Shopify and providers involved in payments, fraud prevention, preparation, shipping, customer care, analytics or advertising. Required fields are identified in each form; not providing them may prevent us from processing a purchase or request.

Recipients and providers

We may share the strictly necessary data with Shopify; payment providers; wholesalers, fulfilment centres and carriers; customer-care and email tools; advisers and authorities where required; and analytics or advertising providers only in accordance with the applicable settings and consent.

International transfers

Some providers may operate outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers will rely on adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other recognised safeguards. You can consult Shopify’s consumer privacy policy and its privacy portal.

Retention

We retain order, billing and legal-obligation data for the required periods; customer-care data for as long as needed to resolve and defend the request; marketing data until you withdraw consent or it is no longer needed; and technical identifiers according to their purpose and cookie settings. Data is then deleted, anonymised or restricted where applicable.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction or objection; withdraw consent; and exercise the right not to be subject to solely automated decisions where applicable. Email legal@orqenaatelier.com. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency or the competent authority where you live.

Marketing communications

Subscription is voluntary and requires consent. We record the preference and, when Shopify provides that information, use the selected language for the welcome message. You may unsubscribe through any promotional email. Unsubscribing does not prevent necessary transactional emails about orders or your account.

Cookies and preferences

Necessary cookies enable functions such as the bag, checkout, security, country and language. Non-essential analytics or advertising cookies are used according to the applicable settings and consent. The notice allows you to accept, reject or configure preferences, which can be changed using the link in the store footer.

Minors, security and changes

The store is not directed at minors who lack legal capacity to enter into a contract. We apply reasonable security measures, although no system is infallible. We may update this policy for operational or legal changes; we will publish the date of the current version and provide notice where required.
